Creating art to give people a moment of focus and calm, where structure and color work together and pieces are felt, not just seen.

Currently watercolor paintings are my favorite because they balance intention and surrender. I guide the brush, then let pigments bloom and bleed into one another, it is about trusting the unexpected. In that moment, control softens and something more honest appears, often more beautiful than anything I could plan.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature’s rhythms, in street grids, architecture and in the expressive power of repeating patterns. I love how order and variation together create something that feels alive.
What would you do with $25,000?I would dedicate a year entirely to my art, stepping away from non-art work to create freely. With a larger studio and access to materials previously out of reach, I would scale my work and share my process with audiences both in person and online. My goal is to share the healing, meditative nature of my art, so it can reach and inspire as many people as possible.
