My favorite type of art to create is music; especially the kind of music that causes others to create art for themselves. I find that I am fascinated with intangibles-things within our God-given reality that we cannot understand, so I dig diving into shared universal phenomena we all experience like how reality is both ordinary & odd simultaneously or how there is a supernatural realm we cannot see, but are effected by (in which some are aware of in an uncanny way).
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from heartache, God, joy, things I can’t describe like looking into my wives face and trying to do my best to describe perfectly the way in which her features make me feel. It may seem strange, but I find inspiration in excellence-especially freedom, but most times than not, I’m inspired by experiences that we share-wanting people to see God in the every day-THE TRUE insanity of this life we are apart of rather than the lie that this existence is boring in comparison to tv
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest money in to my album, “Work Songs”, a collection of spirituals, blues & folk songs demonstrating the significance of God and the church to popular music. This would be a musical album, videos and documentary done to tastefully argue and entertain viewers while giving sick music videos in the mix as a demonstration of how it looks to work in Gods garden. The rest would go to taking care of my wife, others and the church. Definitely got some bills to pay too. God bless ya’ll☝??☠
