I live through art and creativity more than anything else on this earth. I wake up thinking about what I can find the time to make each day.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I’m very versatile in my art; no two things I create are ever the same. But if I had to choose JUST one, it would be makeup. I love turning the human body into a true living canvas. In my eyes, there is no beauty like that.
Where do you find inspiration? As cliché as it sounds, I truly find deep inspiration in the world all around me. I’m drawn to movies, music, art, nature, and especially the meaning behind why people create what they do.
What would you do with $25,000?In all honesty, being asked that is a little overwhelming, because I’ve never had the opportunity to think on that scale before; but I do know this: I would use it to build stability in my life, starting with reliable transportation so I can consistently get to work and create. Beyond that, I would invest in my art—growing my skills, my tools, and my ability to turn what I love into something lasting. More than anything, I would use it to build a foundation for a future I’ve been working toward.
