Jewelry pieces in which I can carve the faces of our ancestors and animals to honor their strength and spirit. These pieces become amulets that people seek at different times in their life. I tell stories through every piece that inspire me to create these little people and animals that protect us and watch over us.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in ceremony and prayer, where we gather to honor our elders and reconnect with what is truly important. In those moments of song, reflection, and unity, I feel deeply connected to spirit, my ancestors, my community, and the teachings that guide me in a good way. I feel their presence close, guiding my hands and heart. Life on the Red Road keeps me grounded in balance, respect, and purpose, and my art reflects that journey.
What would you do with $25,000?I would build a proper website and online store so I can share my work with a wider audience in a professional way. I would also invest in more inventory, as I currently have limited funds to fully develop my art. This would allow me to create more freely, expand my collection of sacred medicine, and grow my practice while staying true to my path and the meaning behind each piece I make.
