My favorite art is what I see in my mind in that moment and time. I create from within, not a type.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration comes from within—it begins as an image in my mind. From that vision, I shape the emotion, and from that emotion, I create my art. I let it flow like the wind blows.
What would you do with $25,000?I'd create a safe space of belonging for troubled Indigenous youth. There, they'd turn their struggle into art, their art into their ancestors’ voice. Creation is inspiration. Creativity is power. You are LOVED. You MATTER. And your last name — is your LEGACY. Our scars, pain and struggles- is our beauty for all the world to see. Us (United) Standing Together… WE ARE STILL HERE. The world -is our canvas.
