My medium for my favorite type of art is photography, but it doesn’t end there. I love capturing stills from video, creating canvas from a snapshot inspiration, and being able to tell a unique story from my point of view. There is beauty everywhere, and being able to capture and share that natural beauty, without filters or AI, is a true blessing. All my pictures are a true representation of only what my lens captures.
Where do you find inspiration?I believe the best inspiration comes from being able to capture the ordinary, and tell an extraordinary story with it. My eyes, my heart and my lens are always open and ready to scoop out the story and tell it with my unique vision. While my first love begins with nature, by blending humanity in with it, I am able to create a multi-dimensional masterpiece from a two dimensional still shot.
What would you do with $25,000?While money has never been my focus with my art, and winning alone would be a gift, having the prize of $25,000 would provide an opportunity to take classes, learn different techniques, expand my knowledge and to travel to more distant places to find inspiration to better my craft. Up until the last few years, it has always been my focus to help others find success in their dreams. The money would allow me to finally focus on making my own dreams come true.
