Traditional art with a paper and pencil. I feel like it’s the best way to connect my heart to my art. Like my pencil becomes a part of my body.
Where do you find inspiration?My wife, my animals and everything going on around me. I take so much inspiration from live events I’ve been through, things happening to people at my work, my emotions connected to everything. Working as a 911 dispatcher has really helped me tap into my emotions after work and decompress through art.
What would you do with $25,000?I would buy a house so my wife and I could finally start a family. Maybe with the left overs I would get her a better truck, but really a home is what we want. Both of us work in Law Enforcement. Her being a Corrections Officer and me being 9-11. It’s hard to make enough money for a down payment. Being LGBT it’s hard to get support when starting a family, but we have made it so far by ourselves. I believe we can do it!
