Photography is my favorite type of art because it’s an awesome creative outlet and a way for me to express how I see the world. It also feels like a form of journaling — capturing moments, places, and experiences that I never want to forget. I love that photography can inspire people to get outside, explore, and create their own adventures while seeing the beauty in the world around them.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in natural, wild, and quiet places. From high alpine meadows to the wide-open western deserts, I feel most connected and creative when I’m surrounded by untouched landscapes and wildlife. Those places inspire me to slow down, explore, and capture the beauty and feeling of the natural world through my photography.
What would you do with $25,000?If I received $25,000, I would invest it into growing my photography business and creating more opportunities to share my work. I would apply to art shows across the country, upgrade my camera gear, and put money toward conservation efforts helping wild horses in the western United States. I would also love to begin hosting photography workshops in those wild landscapes to inspire others to explore and connect with nature. Finally, I would take a dream photography trip to the Himalayas to experi
