I love animals and nature, I try to capture nature in its truest form and have been drawing since a little kid and I love diving into it.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
The last couple of years I have been drawing fish and other marine life. I enjoy that they are complex with their different textures. I enjoy trying to get them to look real. It’s a work in progress, but I draw and make art for me in order to get out away from the busy world for a little while. It’s a nice escape and ever since I was little I’ve always been fascinated with marine life and capturing these creatures in all of their beauty.
Where do you find inspiration? It randomly comes to me in a thought and I have to jump in with creating it. I love the process of seeing my art come to life from my inspirations. Drawing brings me relief and a sense of closeness to my family. I’ve grown up watching my grandma and uncle make beautiful art and that’s where I’ve gotten my passion from and I love to share my recent projects with them.
What would you do with $25,000?I would be able to pay off some college tuition and help with any future financial stress. I wouldn’t mind using some to take a trip with loved ones to see nature in other parts of the world. I would like to help those I can with this money too. I love to give and would be able to with this.
