Art was given to me as a gift, my best friend. It helps me breathe, and I found out it healed me.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I don't limit myself to one type of art, my focus is on emotion and connection. I create to tell stories, to make people pause, feel something, and see themselves in my work. Every piece is a way to translate emotion into something visible. That's the art I'm drawn to, honest, human, and impossible to ignore.
Where do you find inspiration?I don’t just find inspiration, I live in it. I see the world through an artistic lens, turning everything into meaning. I’m driven by people’s stories and real experiences that shift perspective and create connection. But the past two years changed everything, building The Grove Art Studio and teaching children. My students are my greatest inspiration. They create without fear, and remind me that art isn’t just expression, it’s confidence, connection, and purpose.
What would you do with $25,000?This isn’t about the money, t’s about what it represents. This is my comeback, and proof to my students that it’s never too late to step into your purpose. For the past two years, I’ve built The Grove Art Studio for kids, creating a space where they feel seen and inspired. If I win, I’ll invest it back into them, expanding the curriculum, adding resources, and opening doors for kids who lack access to art. I believe art builds confidence and can change the direction of a child’s life.
