Since childhood, I have had an urgent need to express myself artistically. I want to try every medium there is. Possibilities are ENDLESS!

Thankfully, the answer to this question is still evolving. Over the years, I have fallen in love with ceramics, printmaking, mixed media…the list goes on. I always seem to return to photography which also expanded into digital design & manipulation. Using my photos to create kaleidoscopic designs began as a fun way to relax then developed into an obsession! Each one feels like it’s revealing another world that exists just below the surface of the image.
Where do you find inspiration?First and foremost, nature inspires me. I am awestruck by the endless patterns, colors, plantlife, and creatures that I encounter on any given day. Inspiration also comes from learning and creating with others. Collaboration expands my thinking and encourages me try new things. What a gift!
What would you do with $25,000?I have been volunteering my time at a regenerative farm since June of 2022 which has turned into a significant creative collaboration with the Southern California soil. It has been a deeply humbling experience. The farm is a nonprofit which serves the special needs community. We provide tours and meaningful work for those who come to visit. I would love to see an art component worked into the program and that money could get things rolling.
