What is your favorite type of art to create?

Oil paintings capturing fleeting, luminous moments-exploring womanhood, motherhood, and identity through intimate, atmospheric scenes

Where do you find inspiration?

My own life experiences and film. I have always loved everything about movies and my work reflects a cinematic feel. I am very inspired by lighting and how simple gestures of light can alter the mood.

What would you do with $25,000?

As a young girl I wasn’t allowed to have a lemonade stand, but I desperately wanted to buy CDs all the time. It was at this young age with fire in my heart that I would paint rocks and sell them in the neighborhood. The fire has been through a lot and becoming a mother has reignited my passions to build a career as a painter and artist. I would use the money to launch my website and debut myself the way I should have never stopped.
