I love large scale artwork. My favorite canvas size is 3ft x 4ft using acrylic paints. Sometimes I venture to other media such as colored pencils or photography.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is all around us. Pissarro once said, "Happy are those who see beauty in the modest spots where others see nothing. Everything is beautiful, the whole secret lies in knowing how to interpret." I live by this motto, not just in my art, but every aspect of life. Any moment of any given day anything could inspire me. A dimple in my best friend's smile. A lightning strike over a rose garden. An ant covered in pollen dancing on a petal in the sunshine. The joy in my nephew's giggle.
What would you do with $25,000?The $25,000 would be helpful with many bills and my upcoming trip to Norway. My vision goes beyond that though. I am more excited about an opportunity to be seen, to have my work presented to the world. This could be the first of many open doors. And when those doors keep opening, then the real magic begins where I can be abundantly generous towards everyone in my path. A life of art, gratitude, and generosity. That is what I desire to build.
