Realism is my favorite kind of art to create. I enjoy making realistic animals, objects and much more since it defines and displays the characteristics that one acquires. I like to create a little bit of everything, using different kinds of materials as well.
Where do you find inspiration?I’ve been drawing since high school, I live in Los Angeles everywhere you turn and see there’s art. I’ve always been amazed of ancient Renaissance paintings and drawings. When I first started, I had no idea that I could accomplish much more than what I do now. I got the inspiration from my mother, she does not create art like from what you see in museums, but to me, she is an artist in her own defined way with her own skills.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were given this money, I would use it to support my family and begin my artistic career. I’m a university student, but even if I’m already climbing the steps to achieve that, I would want more recognition and assistance I want to grow from who I am now and support my family. I have a learning disability and I’ve always been pushed aside or shown to be weak due to that, but I wanna prove the world wrong and that I have a purpose.
