I create art to explore wonder and freedom, blending reality with imagination to evoke calm, possibility, and a quiet sense of magic.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Realism with some fantasy mixed in. I like to paint in oil and sculpt.
Where do you find inspiration? My work is rooted in the quiet conversation between the natural world and the imagined one. I find inspiration in open landscapes, the way light settles across fields, how wind moves through grass, and the quiet presence of animals within their environments. Nature, to me, is both real and symbolic: it offers textures, colors, and forms, but also a sense of calm, resilience, and timelessness.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I’d split it between smart saving and joyful creating. Some of it would become a creative fund for new paints, brushes, canvases, and maybe a few tools I’ve been dreaming about. I’d treat it like an investment in both my security and my imagination, full of excitement and possibility.
