My work explores stillness, connection, and the unseen forces that shape both our inner and outer worlds.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
If I had to classify the type of art i create , I would say it is abstract, although it does not feel abstract to me. Rather I am working on canvas, wood or paper, I like to work with abstract shapes that are simple forms most of the time. I like to express the idea of connection in my work, and experiment with new materials such as thread or anything that creates texture. My art tries to be an expression of subconsciousness , it is the manifestation of the unseen in a way!
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration everywhere I look; in my reading, my travels, the simple moments shared with family and friends, my emotions the felt ones and the ones I don’t dare to feel!
What would you do with $25,000?I will help my sister and brother to start with and continue creating art.
