My hands can’t keep up with all the images in my head. My desire in painting is to share with others all the beauty displayed in the world.

There is no favorite for me, rather an admiration for the creativity and uniqueness used by all artists. I like to create portraits with realism faces and abstract backgrounds, vibrant abstract paintings, and scenic images. Being able to explore and see where the colors take me when using impression is especially enjoyable. It begins with one idea but lands in different places, flowing with the idea. And I also like having fun with it and like to make caricatures for people.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere. From people, animals, landscapes, old barns to old cars. From a leaf in the wind to a still moment. Inspiration comes to me in every aspect of life. The Lord’s creation is vast, complex, beautiful, and exhilarating, with no end to the possibilities.
What would you do with $25,000?I would love to create an area specific to painting and working which would allow me to spend more time creating. Visiting museums in Paris to see the works done by masters and to see the paintings that set the foundations for most art today would be incredible. We have basic tools at our disposal, but back hundreds of years ago they had to invent new equipment and methods which we take for granted. It’s important to learn and appreciate the complexities from back then.
