I love making art because I simply love seeing my creations come to life. It brings me so much joy seeing my imagination bloom!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create is drawing traditionally. I started out with pencil and paper, and it has been one of my favorites ever since. It's convenient, meaning I could draw whenever and wherever I want as well as being simple and basic. Even though it's just pencil and paper, you could bring so much life to any page. All you need is a pencil and a dream!
Where do you find inspiration?I usually find inspiration through other artists' pieces and nature. For the former, I usually observe and understand their style and apply my favorite parts about it to my pieces. For the latter, I admire the view and capture what stands to me. It could be a duck swimming in a pond, a tree's structure and essence, or a squirrel eating an acorn. For me, nature is an incredible form of art inspiration thanks to its beauty and perfection.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest the money and share it with my family to use either during an emergency or to buy something for all of us that we couldn't afford before.
