Art is my therapy, I love to create colorful images that inspire happiness and emotion in people.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Paintings of abstract floral art, caricature animals, life size tracings of people that I turn into their spirit animals. I’ve always been a fan of graffiti art so I create floral arrangements that seem graffitiesque as well as fun colorful animals..
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from within. Art is my outlet and helps me navigate through life. I get inspired by life’s ups and downs. Sadness, loss, happiness, gains, frustration and being a peace. My spirit animal tracings are of many different people who have very interesting stories. For instance one of them is a prolific graffiti artist who was in a skateboarding accident I traced him in the hospital while he was healing from a serious head injury.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to open a boutique art gallery in Seattle featuring local Seattle artists. It would be a place that people could come and hang out, listen to live music, create, & shop art and fashion.
