If I weren’t able to create art, I’d literally go out and get myself a lobotomy. A life of mediocrity does not work well with my psyche.

A type of furniture design I refer to as Retro Relic. Retro meaning drawing inspiration from the 1950’s atomic age era. And Relic, meaning creating art/furniture from recycled objects into interactive functional pieces that have the appearance and character from the 1950’s period.
Where do you find inspiration?I’ve been fascinated since early childhood with 1950’s mid century design. After studying it for decades I stumbled across the postwar German aspect of design and instantly was drawn to it. Colorful imaginative plant stands, coatracks, chairs, sectionals stereo hi-fi units and end tables.
What would you do with $25,000?Pay off debts. Buy a new pair of Corcoran Marauder boots. Been needing a new pair for some time now. Big toe is starting to poke through lol. Purchase tools, equipment and materials to expand my vision. Speaking of vision. A new pair of glasses. Drinks for all my friends. Maybe a dirt bike, so I can land spectacularly bad from a jump to know what it feels like to be alive again.
