In a constant dialogue between myself, and the outcome, my work is a meditation between mind and environment, making sense of my experience.

I fell in love with painting through school though I think my absolute favorite is video art. It can capture so much and can generate so many new things as well. It’s a medium I drew inspiration from Nam June Paik’s work and have forever tried to learn the ever changing digital world to aid in my creations. I build worlds and live inside of them. Art is my blood. Everything I do from the clothes I wear to the backpack full of notebooks is done out of intuition and a calling to learn.
Where do you find inspiration? The world around me and its beautiful people places and things. I react to what I love and get intrigued by as I walk to the grocery store or to class.
What would you do with $25,000?I could pay off my student loans. I came to nyc as a student because that was the only way I could get housing. I honed my skills and tried as many different mediums and classes as I could while I was there at Pratt. I want to live in the city for the rest of my life, forever getting to interact with the city and its wonderful people is my goal. I would use the money to continue to fund my dream of being an artist living in the city.
