I’ve always been an artist, just like I’ve always been a poet. It’s in my blood. It calls to me.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Pencil sketch artwork, or black or blue ink pen artwork. Art that is imaginative and inspires creativity in others.
Where do you find inspiration? From dreams. I’ve always had vivid dreams and a vivid imagination. I enjoy creating realities that are strange or wonderful. I enjoy mythical creatures, steampunk inspirations, I spy books, conveying emotions through my artwork, animals/reptiles. Sometimes I just look up close in nature and notice beautiful things and want to draw them. There is magic in the world everywhere already. A mushroom that glows, a vividly blue frog, the way a spiders web glints iridescently in the light.
What would you do with $25,000?Go to college, put it into savings, invest in art supplies. Have my own pop-up art gallery to exhibit my art pieces.
