I love to create art. I cannot imagine a life without creating art. It is an inborn need I have had and responded to since I was a child!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating tactile textured abstract paintings reminiscent of seascapes using acrylics, charcoal, pastels, sand, crushed seashells, crushed raw canvas, crushed paper, burlap, cheesecloth, corrugated cardboard, twine, broken mirror pieces etc. I also enjoy creating geometric abstract artwork using line in the forms of the circle, square, triangle, rectangle & mixed media collage.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration in nature .. the sun, the moon, the amazing colours of the water in the seas around the world and the powerful simplicity of the line in geometry .. the circle, the square, the triangle, rectangle etc.
What would you do with $25,000?It would be the most amazing godsend! Hopefully build a dedicated art studio where I could just create work everyday.. through the night if I wanted to!
