I create art to celebrate women’s strength and stories, challenging norms, inspiring confidence, and turning them into empowering visuals.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create is large-scale oil and mixed media portraits of women with bold colors, layered textures, and empowering messages. I love combining different materials, expressive brushstrokes, and meaningful quotes to create pieces that feel emotional, uplifting, and powerful. My goal is to spread positivity, celebrate individuality, and inspire confidence through vibrant, story-driven artwork.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the strength, resilience, and individuality of women, as well as everyday emotions, conversations, and personal experiences. I’m also inspired by fashion, interior design, street art, music, and vibrant color palettes. Through my work, I hope to spread joy and create pieces that make people feel inspired, seen, and understood.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were awarded $25,000, I would invest in a larger studio space to continue creating meaningful, large-scale artwork and experimenting with new materials. I would also use part of it to give back to the community that inspires so much of my work by supporting underprivileged communities through art and outreach. At my core, I want my art to spread joy, empower people, and create a positive impact beyond the canvas.
