Creating art is like a language that speaks to everyone differently, and each interpretation is valid beyond the artist’s intent.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I’m drawn to painting-led, sensory expression—where color, texture, and material interact to create something both emotional and alive, often extending into wearable forms that allow the work to exist on the body. This curated selection is drawn from a series titled When She Met the Earth.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from both within and beyond the natural world—nature as my primary influence, in its diversity, playfulness, and the way colors interact and contrast. Much of my process begins in stillness and observation, where it reveals itself gradually. Music and movement are equally integral to my process; I see them as another language of emotion, expressed through energy, tempo, and movement—beyond words.
What would you do with $25,000?I have developed several collections that share a cohesive narrative, each expressed through different perspectives and forms. A portion would be dedicated to presenting the work through private and public gallery settings, creating meaningful visibility and connection. The rest would support my artistic journey, giving me the space to explore new techniques and materials, take creative risks, and evolve-while allowing the work to extend outward in a way that gives back and stays connected.
