You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love drawing people, it’s my opportunity to get to know someone and enhance their attributes and uniqueness. I was a shy kid and drawing people helped me make friends.
Where do you find inspiration?Existing as a chubby lady in LA, being Nicaraguan, being American, being a woman, my family, my friends and my inner thoughts. My art are the thoughts most find taboo to even talk about but should be to encourage self-love, and dignity amongst people who look like me
What would you do with $25,000?Buy myself a laptop, design programs and ergonomic workstation to fund my art dreams, pay off my student loans and debt, and if there’s anything left over celebrate with the people who have encouraged and supported my art career with a pop up🤗
