My favorite type of art to create is really any art that moves my soul, most often multimedia paintings and ceramics. I’m especially drawn to experimenting with collage and a wide range of materials, from cardboard and crystals to leather and patterned papers. I love combining different textures and elements to create pieces that feel layered, expressive, and deeply personal.
Where do you find inspiration?I find most of my inspiration in my personal experiences and the moments that shape my life. My emotions, memories, and everyday encounters often guide what I create. I’m especially inspired by how I feel in certain moments and the stories behind them, which I translate into my art to make it more meaningful and authentic.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were awarded $25,000, I would invest in creating my own art studio—a space where creativity, expression, and community can come together. I would use it to teach art classes for both children and adults, making art accessible to many people. I’m especially passionate about offering classes centered around art therapy, providing a supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, heal, and connect through creativity.
