Mixed media art captivates me. My journey began with welding raw metals alongside skilled artisans in Detroit, MI. I’ve also embraced mosaic tiling, learning from workshops in Athens, Greece. Painting and drawing further enrich my artistic palette, allowing me to blend various techniques into cohesive, expressive pieces.
Where do you find inspiration?My travels fuel my creativity. Visiting schools, museums, and cultural festivals in major cities exposes me to diverse street art and the vibrant expressions of youth. I am particularly inspired by their unfiltered authenticity; their art transcends technical boundaries, capturing pure innocence and innovative perspectives that ignite my imagination.
What would you do with $25,000?I would fund a project that celebrates youth and artists in aviation, curating public art installations to showcase their talents. This initiative would not only highlight artistic expression but also serve as a therapeutic outlet, inspiring others to create and find solace amidst life’s pressures.
