Creating art forces me to slow down and really look at the complexity of things. It makes me more present in the world.

I create paintings that explore the connection between nature and inner experience, blending realism with surreal, symbolic elements. Through color, pattern, and movement, I aim to capture energy, emotion, and the unseen layers of what we feel as much as what we see. Plus, I enjoy creating something that brings joy to my audience! From portraits, to a film or anime scene, to album covers, whatever the challenge might be, I have fun with it.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in both nature and the inner world—organic textures, animals, light, and movement, as well as emotion and the subconscious. I’m drawn to patterns and connections that reflect how everything is linked beneath the surface.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in expanding my work—upgrading materials, creating larger, more detailed pieces, and developing a cohesive body of work. I’d also use it to share my art more widely through exhibitions or public projects, and invest toward my master’s degree in visual art studies.
