I use art as therapy. It keeps me sane. I’m currently working towards an art therapy degree to help others through their trials and trama.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My art blends figurative realism with a soft, dreamlike quality, creating emotionally charged scenes that feel both intimate and symbolic. I am drawn to people, often portraying them in moments of stillness, vulnerability, or quiet strength. Through flowing textures, muted yet rich color palettes, and organic movement, I aim to evoke a sense of inner world storytelling —where emotion and nature intertwine. My work often carries a surreal undertone, inviting viewers to interpret for themselves.
Where do you find inspiration?Today, I find inspiration in the quiet and powerful moments of everyday life—what I am feeling, healing from, or growing through. My work becomes a reflection of my inner world, transforming emotion, memory, and experience into visual storytelling.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning would be a blessing. The funds would be put towards my goal of opening an artist, hippie retreat featuring art therapy, for both individuals as well as group sessions. All homemade food, paying close attention to allergies. This would be a safe space for all. To unwind and relax from the chaos of the world. A place to grow and find your inner peace and strength. To work through past trauma and learn to express yourself with art, music and dance.
