Art for me, is a great way to escape from the real world. It also can help others see the potential in daily things they didn’t see before.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to experiment with pointillism and printmaking. I feel as though it is a great way to add shading in projects or even the simplest line could make a difference in a pice. Doing all of the points, or carving lines could show all sorts of different meanings in an art piece.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the little things in life. I notice little flowers sprouting, the imagination that sparks when reading a book or even the relationship between two people. I take inspiration, and sees potential in the world and make it come to life in my art.
What would you do with $25,000?What I would do with $25,000 is start my own printmaking business. Even though it will start out small I feel as though I can inspire others with my art and make it grow with the community. I would want to learn about others and their journey so if they needed help starting, I could guide them through what they need. So what I would do with $25,000? I would start a business, learn about the community that I want to bring together with my art, and inspire them to create/become a bigger community.
