What is your favorite type of art to create?

My favorite type of art to create is bronze sculptures. I enjoy the hands-on process of building something from the ground up and solving problems as I go. The sculpture evolves into a finished, physical piece is the most rewarding part, especially when it creates an immersive or meaningful experience for me and the viewer.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in my own emotions and personal experiences, as well as in creating meaningful gifts for friends and family. I enjoy turning feelings and relationships into something tangible, which makes each piece more personal and intentional for me and the gift receiver.

What would you do with $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would use it toward tuition at the SCAD, my dream school. After 10 years of putting this goal aside, I applied this spring and was accepted. I plan to pursue a BFA in Industrial or Themed Entertainment Design. This scholarship would ease the financial burden of tuition and relocating, allowing me to fully commit to achieving my long-time goal.
