I mostly work in watercolor and drawing with charcoal, ink wash and paper collage. I love painting landscapes and imaginary scenes. I am intrigued by masks of ancient cultures which tell so much about the people and places of their unique area and era.
Where do you find inspiration?I'm inspired by nature and ancient cultures. I'm interested in indigenous sculpture and patterns in early cave art and forms in ancient pottery.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to open an art salon where creative artists of all forms can meet and show their work, both online and in person and exchange ideas. The idea is to create a blending of poetry, fine art, music and even dance.
