I can remember making art at the age of 2 and loving it! So I believe it is in my heart and soul and probably my DNA.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I have a formal education in architecture, interior design, fashion design. I helped design and build custom homes for many years. I also had my own clothing line for a bit. I taught art in the elementary schools in a volunteer program for many years. I am a silver smith and I trained with a master jeweler, and I still love to design and make jewelry. I also did acting and was cast in a commercial. Nowadays, I have been working on abstract art, which I love, but I also love sculpture
Where do you find inspiration?I am a nature lover and outdoors person. I live in Sedona, Arizona, which offers so much inspiration. But I also love the higher altitudes with the pine trees and mountains. I am from California and grew up on the coast in many beautiful spectacular spots which will always be my truest lifeline and inspiration. I am also inspired by so many other artists and arts and people and animals in general.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000 I feel I could really launch my art career. My husband is so sweet and has been supporting us while I’m trying to get my art career going and that money would definitely be so appreciated and invested wisely in our future.
