I create art to translate inner chaos into structure, turning emotion and experience into something visible, honest, and alive.

I’m drawn to creating abstract work where structure and chaos exist side by side. I use line, shape, and layered forms to hold emotional weight—letting fluid, organic elements push against more rigid frameworks. This tension reflects my inner world: controlled on the surface, but constantly shifting underneath. I’m less interested in perfection and more in honesty—allowing the work to feel alive, raw, and unresolved.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in artists like Willem de Kooning, Wassily Kandinsky, Egon Schiele, Robert Rauschenberg, and Francis Bacon, whose work embraces tension, movement, and emotional honesty. Their fearless balance of chaos and control inspires my own process, along with my lived experiences, which I translate into abstract forms shaped by resilience, memory, and raw expression.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would spend a couple months traveling through Europe with my two kids, exploring museums, cultures, and daily life. Along the way, I would dedicate time to painting—capturing what we experience in real time. This journey would deepen my practice while giving my children a broader, more meaningful view of the world.
