What you may call art is just how I process emotion—the alchemical chaos within me bleeding onto canvas for quiet reflection.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!

Receive Text UpdatesI can’t define art to a specific style or type. I love to create period. What transmutes feeling and emotion into something tangible whether by choice or accident is my favorite to create, but I love to paint when I’m angry! The catharsis of physically throwing the paint is incomparable to anything else! That is my favorite-favorite!
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration by exploring and processing emotion. I paint in bold colors, layers, and movement that is fueled by the energy I’m harnessing in that moment. My inspiration only goes as deep as I’m willing to go, so I keep it alive by constantly digging deeper.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the award to build an “actual” artist studio. Not my garage. (You should see the floor) A place where I can build my frames, stretch my canvas, so I can pour, brush, smear, and throw my emotions onto them without distraction or reservation.
