As Bukowski said, when Katherine frets making herself scarce while he works, "There's no way I can stop writing — it is a form of insanity."

I arrange Words — and in the process of arrangement I find a fascinating and thrilling sense of Infinity. The same words arranged differently offer countless opportunities to paint pictures in the Mind — infinite combinations of pictures. I set my writing to pictures, too, and either bolster, complement or contrast these Words against another visual. I find the dynamic of digesting the Mental Portrait alongside the Visual Image & Auditory Melodies beneath it to be complicated and rewarding.
Where do you find inspiration?"There's no way I can stop writing — it is a form of insanity." Inspiration isn't the right word. I do not "find" anything — the Words are finding themselves. I have observed that when I sit bleeding into my typer, Sterling, very often I feel engaged in a sort-of partnership between the Machine, the Page & Myself. I am as much watching something unfold before me as I am directing or curating it. It is odd — I have accepted that God is an aspect of this phenomenon. Word is sacred — and profane.
