You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Two dimensional pieces, often using bright, rich colors to represent heartbreak and dark times to make the best of a bad situation. I also have a series of what I call broken and repaired hearts . Loss of your person or loss of love is something we can all relate to
Where do you find inspiration?Every day , people may come and go out of your life for any number of reasons, including death or just a rapid change of heart. I try to create something beautiful from the dark times that all of us experience as we navigate through life.
What would you do with $25,000?Continue to make more pieces ,some of which I donate to charitable causes close to my heart, pay down some bills , Expand my studio space and indulge in a few more “tools of the trade”.
