I’ve been creating my whole life, It’s just a way of life. It’s what I need to do to express myself and my mind, it’s all organized chaos
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite thing to create is artwork that starts with very little direction and somehow turns into something meaningful through organized chaos. I love when a piece takes on a life of its own and allows different people to connect with it in completely different ways. To me, creating art is a freeing and almost spiritual feeling something honest, emotional, and open to interpretation.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everyday life through relationships, conversations, my surroundings, and the energy of simply moving through the world. Whether I’m walking through my neighborhood, visiting galleries, shopping, or discovering artists online, inspiration is everywhere. I’m deeply inspired by color, movement, and the way different energies interact on a canvas. I try to see art and beauty in everything around me, even in the ordinary moments of life.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning would honestly mean more to me than the money itself. Being recognized among so many talented artists would validate the direction I’m taking with my interactive abstract expressionism and push me to keep building something truly unique. The $25,000 would help me expand my studio, invest in larger projects, and create without limitations, but the opportunity, exposure, and belief in my work would be the most meaningful part of all. Plus I have three kids under 5 so this would help :)
