I’m a struggling middle-grade children’s book artist. In my heart, I’m forever 12 or 14—it just fits me perfectly. I’m drawn to narrative art, comic books, and anything story-driven.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration within myself. I also draw from the world around me—my likes and dislikes, my favorite movies, music, books, my family and everything in between.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d invest in my freelance illustration practice—building it like a real company—and create promotional materials to help it grow.
