My preferred type of art is oil painting focused on people including portraits as well as more full scale paintings of people moving through life.
Where do you find inspiration?I am lucky enough to have access to the Smithsonians which is a large and easy source of inspiration for paintings and portraits. I also was lucky enough to study abroad in Florence which is a city where every step and look around and fills you with inspiration, as you are surrounded by beauty.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take the leap and become a full time painter, it would allow me to soley focus on the craft and truly take that risk for myself.
