I've always been a people watcher. I paint what I see, emotion, energy, what's underneath. My abstract work is where I let go.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Modern abstract faces, raw, colorful, full of emotion. The beautiful and the ugly. All of it.
Where do you find inspiration?I'm drawn to expressions, energy, and what's beneath the surface. Moods, music, light, the feeling of a moment, just before it shifts. Music guides me in a big way.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put it into my kids music. My son's jazz piano at UCLA, and my daughter's work as a singer-songwriter. Then I'd buy more paint.
