Where do you find inspiration?Through life trials. I'm deaf and a stroke survivor, every day I get up and go after what I can. I walk like a 2yr old toddler but I am 48. I probably say what more than most. Daily struggles don't stop, neither do I. I want people to have a way to share what matters to them. Art allows that to be expressed. For people to know even the most joyful little thing is and can be a big huge thing to somebody else. Everyone is someone to somebody. It's important to know you matter.
What would you do with $25,000?Make sure the schools around me are supplied with kid art essentials. Then I would start a creative class clinic. Art doesn't always need to be perfect, it needs to express what's important to the person who created it. Impacts can be small packages and that have a huge effect.
