It is something that brings me immense joy. Nothing on this planet makes me feel the way making someone else smile with art does.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I’m a visual artist / 3d artist. I’m not necessarily very talented in traditional art but I explore every single avenue available to me. Learning something new everyday is what pushes me forward to keep creating. I hope one day that I’ll be able to have my work in galleries so people can appreciate the things I create and take on a new viewpoint when discovering new and exciting art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in anything and everything. I feel like where I find the most inspiration is in the grungy hallways and alleyways of the city I live in. I love seeing what random scribbles people draw and think no one will see. There’s something intensely beautiful about the idea of art and seeing how that just creating things reflects that persons internal emotions and character.
What would you do with $25,000?I would pay off my car haha! But more importantly I would love to open a gallery so I could push artists to move forward with who they are and encouraging them to keep going no matter their art style. I want people to feel at home when they come to my gallery like they are with family since I don’t really have a close knit family of my own. I’d love to cultivate that atmosphere!
