Art is medicinal- I create art to release emotion, spark wonder, and help people dream. Art turns feeling into something others can see.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite work to create is mixed-media art that blends expressive line-work, paintings, collages, and symbolism. I love building emotionally layered pieces that feel intimate and make people wonder.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in music, poetry, faith, doubt, sadness, love, motherhood, dreams, and the emotional energy of everyday life. Nature, flowers, vintage textures, a good film, and human connection most of all. I’m deeply inspired by transformation, and how pain, love, memory, and hope can all exist in the same visual space and become something beautiful.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it towards my home and artwork business- through getting better materials, printing resources, and other necessities for future mixed-media projects. I would also set aside $5,000 to give directly to a family in need, because to me art and compassion come from the same place: seeing people deeply and responding with love. The rest would help me create more accessible prints and meaningful work that helps people feel seen
