My favorite type of art to create is abstract art that carries meaning and emotion. I love using color, texture, and movement to express healing, faith, and transformation in a way that words sometimes can not. Each piece I create is intentional. I want to speak to the heart, shift the atmosphere of a space, and remind people of hope, peace, and restoration.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my faith, everyday life, and the emotions people carry but don’t always express. Spending time with God, because I get creative ideas and a sense of peace that flows into my work. I’m also inspired by colors in nature, different environments. And the idea that any space can be transformed into something meaningful.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were awarded $25,000, I would use it to expand my art into Love Manor that brings healing beyond the canvas. I would invest in creating a collection of intentional pieces designed specifically for spaces where people need hope the most homes, community centers, and environments where healing and restoration are needed. A portion would go toward hosting small, intimate art experiences for women and families, where creativity becomes a safe place to process, and rediscover.
