I enjoy painting a great deal. I start by photographing the subject, multiple angles, lighting, until a few dream images evolve. Then I develop the few, and one comes to prominence. That one i print on different types of paper and finally arrive at what I was seeing in my head. Then I start to paint it. To me photography and painting are similar. Some times I reverse the process to arrive at a photograph.
Where do you find inspiration?Life is my inspiration, I recall one of my photography professors once tell me, if your not out there photographing your not living life.
What would you do with $25,000?Travel to and stay for a while in unique places in the world and capture the soul of those places in my images.
