Creating art is how I express my emotions and connect with others. Turning feelings into something people can see, feel, and share.

Lately, my favorite type of art has been painting visions inspired by my Bible reading and moments of prayer. I’m especially drawn to creating detailed, realistic pieces using vibrant oil colors, as they allow me to bring those meaningful and spiritual ideas to life with depth and emotion.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my time spent reading the Bible and in moments of prayer. Those quiet, reflective times often spark vivid ideas and visions that I translate into my artwork. I’m also inspired by the beauty of everyday life and the emotions behind it, which I bring to life through detailed, realistic painting and vibrant oil colors
What would you do with $25,000?If I were awarded the $25,000, I would use it to give back through art. I’m passionate about offering free painting classes to communities that often don’t have access to creative programs—such as local schools without art programs, shelters, and senior living facilities. This support would allow me to cover supplies and materials, so I can focus on creating meaningful, accessible experiences that bring creativity, connection, and joy to others.
