Art is the only thing that feels natural. The only healthy thing I haven’t quit. I make art to help me understand my confusing brain better.

Expressionism is my favorite type of art to create, with acrylic paint/and or spray paint. I love making mixed media paintings with unconventional things stuck on, like earbuds or prescription bottles.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through every negative thing i’ve ever felt or experienced. I find inspiration through other art forms. Often music and film; experimental jazz, and neo-noir films. And of course, I find inspiration in other visual artists. Notably; Edvard Munch, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Zdzisław Beksiński.
What would you do with $25,000?I would love to save for my future and focus on my art full-time without the stress of having no home, and no money. It would also be very important to put a lot of this money towards helping those whose need it most right now; By donating it, and using the money to create larger and more powerful, politically and morally motivated art.
