I explore people and life through art, turning my observations into paintings that spark reflection and dialogue.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create symbolic, psychologically driven paintings about the human condition on both individual and collective levels. My work explores the gap between inner states and external form, where what is seen does not fully reflect what exists beneath. Through minimal compositions, I build layered visual structures that reflect these tensions, patterns, and relationships.
Where do you find inspiration?I observe people — their contradictions, behavior in relationships, and interactions within groups. I’m interested in how patterns form between the individual and the collective, and how people influence each other. Living across different cultural and social environments informs my perspective and sharpens my attention to both differences and shared human structures.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it in developing a cohesive and recognizable body of work by improving materials, increasing the scale of my paintings, and documenting them professionally. I would also use the funds to build a stronger digital presence and support exhibition opportunities, allowing the work to reach a wider audience with clarity and intention.
